Additional ODR Checks

Does your venue have additional checks that need to be completed daily, that are not listed on the ODR? Like closing the blinds or ensuring that fridges are locked?

You can now add these checks on the Venue Setup page!

Once it has been added here and saved, these checks will  now appear on the One Day Record, under a new section called "Additional Checks":

Incident Creation / Update Notifications

If you need management or other parties to be alerted every time an incident report is created or updated, you can now add their e-mail address on the Incident Notifications field on the Venue Setup page:

This will automatically send an e-mail notification every time an Incident Report is updated, with details of the report and a link to view the full report.

Reports

Need an overview of everything that happened at your venue on the previous day, week, month, or quarter? You can now have summary reports generated and automatically sent to you. To receive these reports, simply add your e-mail address to the "Reporting Notifications" field on the Venue Setup page.

You can also generate customized reports, for certain time periods, by clicking on the new "Reports" option on the Main Menu:

Here you will be able to select what to include in the reports, as well as the time frame for which you would like to generate the report.

Tip: You can also click on the "Save as PDF" or "Print" buttons on a generated report, to save it for later!
