Can more than one user use my login details?
The answer is no. Each user is set up individually in the Better Compliance portal and receives a Welcome Email with instructions to register for SSO (Single Sign-On) and 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication).
SSO is essential because it links your login to your verified email, allowing you to access multiple Better Compliance portals securely without sharing credentials.
2FA adds an extra layer of security, requiring a verification code via SMS or an authenticator app every time you log in.
Your login details are strictly personal. Your training records and portal data are tied to your account for your own use and viewing. For security and compliance reasons, you will not be given additional emails to log into the same portal, and no one else should use your credentials.
Sharing login details can compromise security and may result in incorrect or duplicate training records.
Each account is unique, ensuring that your access, training records, and reporting remain accurate, secure, and confidential.
