Managing Your Subscription

So you like what you see and you'd like to always stay on top of your licensing compliance?


Well, then the Compliance Portal is the perfect way to go!


Getting a subscription is as easy as pie, with our wide variety of subscription plans and payment methods. 


To see the plans that will get you access to the portal, head over to the Venue Setup page, and check out the subscription offers on under the "Change Subscription" tab:



You can also use the filter to only show plans with a certain Payment Frequency and Amount of Users. 


What do you mean by "Amount of Users"?


The Amount of Users shown on the plans, are the maximum amount of users that will be able to log into the portal. You can add and remove users as you go, so choose a plan that allows the right amount of users, at any time. Note that if you're using other Better Compliance services, such as our training services, you might want to choose the amount of employees in your company. You can always check with our sales team, if you're unsure of this!


I've chosen my plan, now what?


Great! Once you've chosen your plan you have multiple ways to sign up and pay for the service. Here are the 2 sign-up options available to you:


Sign Up Online, Pay with PayPal


The fastest and easiest way to pay is via PayPal. Simply click "Subscribe" in the box with your chosen plan, and follow the easy instructions. Once you're done making payment, PayPal will bring you back to the Venue Setup screen. It may take up to 48 hours for the subscription date to update on the Venue Setup screen, but you will have access to all of the features right away!


Sign Up Online, but subscribe and pay via other channels


Prefer to do things the old-fashioned way, with a sales consultant? No problem! 


Once you've signed up online and set up your venue, you can simply get in touch with one of our friendly sales consultants. They will help you choose a plan, arrange payment and assist you with whatever requirement or request you may have!


Are you not 100% ready to commit yet?


We get that business is already difficult enough, without having to make commitments that you're not yet sure about! That's why we'd like to make sure that you're completely satisfied with what the portal has to offer, and that it's right for you, before you spend a single Pound on it.
