Recording Incidents

Incident Reports contain vital information about any incidents or accidents that may take place in a venue. Similar to Rejections and Refusals, you can create a new report by clicking on the Create Incident Report button on a Daily Record, or by heading to the Incident Reports page, from the Main Menu.

When filling in an incident report, it is important to provide as much detail as possible. We've tried to make this a little easier by adding in some common Incident Types to choose from (or you can just enter your own). On the "Exact Location" field, we've also added your current What 3 Words location, should you be on the incident scene and would like to just use that location.

At the bottom of the Incident Report Form, you will also find an "Attachments" section, where you can add photos, videos, or other evidence relating to the Incident. These attachments will be stored on the portal and will be accessible by anyone with access to the portal, when editing or viewing the report.

Incident Creation / Update Notifications

If you need management or other parties to be alerted every time an incident report is created or updated, you can now add their e-mail address on the Incident Notifications field on the Venue Setup page:

This will automatically send an e-mail notification every time an Incident Report is updated, with details of the report and a link to view the full report.
