Why does my training show 5% completion even though I’ve already completed the course?

In this overview, when you view your Training Records in "All Training Records" - you may notice that some training shows as 100% completed, while others do not. Here’s why:

  • 100% completion indicates that you completed the course online within the portal.

  • All other training was completed through live or outsourced sessions and then manually updated in the system by our Support Team. These courses still appear as fully completed but do not display a percentage. This makes them easy to identify and does not affect the overall training status.

  • In some cases, a course may show a partial completion percentage. In the example below, the course is flagged as Green, indicating that it has been completed and is still valid within the expiry date range, but it shows 5% completion. This means you have already completed the course and then restarted it; you are currently 5% through the new attempt.
